3D pallet plan with each layer in its own colour
( 01 · The problem )

Every mixed order is a puzzle.

A B2B order with dozens of SKUs lands, and someone in the warehouse works out by hand how many pallets it needs, how to stack them and whether it fits one truck. That guess sets the freight bill, and the floor builds pallets from memory.

( 02 · What we built )

A planner that stacks it first

We built Tiercube to read the order and plan the shipment before anyone lifts a box: pallets layer by layer, what fits in a 53′ trailer or a 40HC container, and a freight quote request ready to send.

( 03 · How it works )

How it works

01

Layer-by-layer pallet plan

Each pallet is planned layer by layer and printed as an A4 build card the floor team can follow.

02

Trailer and container fit

See what fits in one 53′ trailer and what fits in a 40HC container, in a 3D view.

03

Freight quote request

Send a freight quote request with an estimated NMFC class already worked out.

04

Reads your order documents

Upload the order as CSV or PDF; Tiercube reads the lines so nobody has to retype them.

trailer load, planned in 3D

Tiercube plans the load against a standard 53′ dry van, so you see whether the order ships in one trailer before you book it.
