Tidecollab

Creator outreach that asks before it acts.

Find TikTok Shop affiliate creators, invite them, decide sample requests and follow up after shipping, in one workspace where nothing goes live until an owner or admin says so.

( 01 · The problem )

Dozens of creators, one spreadsheet.

A brand on TikTok Shop works with dozens of affiliate creators at once. Invites go out by hand, sample requests wait for an answer, and nobody can say who got a sample, who posted and who needs a nudge. Automate it carelessly and the same creator gets spammed.

( 02 · What we built )

One workspace, brakes built in

We built Tidecollab on the official TikTok Shop APIs: find and organise creators, run outreach agents, decide sample requests and send timed follow-ups. Every new agent starts in dry run, and only an owner or admin can switch it live.

How it works

01

Find and organise creators

Search with filters or describe the creator in plain English, then keep them with tags, lists, custom fields and CSV import and export.

02

Outreach agents

Agents send target collaboration invites and personalised DMs, within the weekly TikTok limit and a cap per creator.

03

Samples and Auto Review

Every sample request sits in its stage, from review to completed; Auto Review agents approve or reject within daily and weekly limits.

04

Follow-up sequences

A sequence starts at a sample stage, such as shipped or content pending, and chains messages, waits, conditions, tags and A/B branches.

0

live DMs per creator a week, at most

However many agents are running, one creator gets at most five live DMs from your shop in any seven days. Dry runs don't count, and nothing is sent until someone switches the agent live.
