A native app for Alix Avien that pulls the storefront straight from Shopify and adds what a website can't: your shade, your stars, your wallet.

( 01 · The problem )
A website can't remember you.
Alix Avien sells lipstick in many tones, online and in its own stores. But its shoppers lived in a mobile browser: no saved shade, no reason to come back, and no link between the phone in their hand and the store down the street.
( 02 · What we built )
One codebase, two native apps.
We built the app with Expo and React Native, fed it the storefront from Shopify and put a Cloudflare Worker API behind it. The seller runs it from a panel inside Shopify admin, so the catalogue is never entered twice.

Nearest store
The app points shoppers to the closest Alix Avien store, linking the phone in their hand to the shelf down the street.

Shop without an account
Shoppers can browse and buy without signing up first; an account is there when they want one, not a gate at the door.

Wallet, stars, shake-to-win
A wallet, loyalty stars and a shake-to-win game give regulars a reason to open the app again.
