The carton is the ad space
Each side of the carton carries a sponsor's artwork, and several brands can share one carton to split the cost.
FreeSU
FreeSU turns a carton of water into a small billboard: a brand pays for the print, the drink is handed out for free, and a QR code on the pack takes the person to the brand's own page.

Online ads get blocked or scrolled past. TV, billboards and print cost a lot and are hard to measure. Brands keep paying for impressions that nobody really looks at.
We shaped FreeSU as a sponsored product instead of a media slot: free spring water in a 500 ml paper carton whose sides are sold as ad space. Partners such as markets, cafés and restaurants hand it out, and the deck that explains the model to advertisers was written in Turkish, English and German.
Each side of the carton carries a sponsor's artwork, and several brands can share one carton to split the cost.
The code links the carton to a website, a coupon or a video, so a moment offline can turn into a visit online.
Where, to whom and when the cartons go out is planned with the advertiser by region, audience and time window.
The pack was designed as a capped paper carton rather than a PET bottle, so the ad doesn't end up as a plastic bottle in the street.

The model, the pack and a pitch deck in three languages exist. No FreeSU campaign has been measured yet, so we publish no performance figures.
